2. Write a reaction paper of at least a half page of text responding to the following question: "Was President Bush's visit to the site of Gandhi's cremation appropriate or inappropriate? Why?" In your answer make sure to argue your opinion with original thought as well as address and respond to the arguments of those who would disagree with you. This assignment is worth 25 points.

Your answer should be determined by group discussion and must be submitted BEFORE SPRING BREAK. You also need to pick how many seats you think the next largest party will win to act as a tiebreaker for this tiebreaker, if necessary.
